ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCES

1. Please submit your abstract to congresskarabuk@gmail.com no later than October 7, 2026.
   The acceptable abstract length has been determined in accordance with international standards as 150–1,000 words. Abstracts may contain up to 1,000 words. The acceptance or rejection letter will be sent to you within three (3) days following the double-blind peer-review process.
   
   General Guidelines for Abstract Submission
   Font: Times New Roman
   Font Size: 11 pt
   Include the authors' full names, institutional affiliations, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers (this information will not appear in the published abstract).
   Include at least three (3) keywords.
   Please use the APA citation style. Click here for detailed guidelines.
   In accordance with the Council of Higher Education (CoHE/YÖK) Regulation No. 2022/7, abstracts presented at international congresses, symposiums, and scientific meetings must be written in English. A Turkish abstract may also be included if desired. Submission of a full-text paper is optional.
    

2. We recommend that your abstract provide a clear and informative summary of your study, including its background, objective, methodology, findings, and conclusion.

3. As 55% of the participants at our congress are international, the number of places available for participants from Türkiye is limited. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.

4. Following submission, your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer-review process within three (3) days. It will be evaluated by the International Scientific Committee of the congress. The Congress Chair will preside over the committee, and the final decision regarding the submitted abstracts will be made accordingly.

5. The acceptance or rejection decision, together with the reviewers' comments, will be sent to you. If revisions are requested, the revised manuscript must be resubmitted within three (3) days.

FULL-TEXT SUBMISSION PROCESS

1. If your abstract is accepted and your congress registration fee has been paid, you are required to submit your full-text manuscript no later than 11:59 PM (23:59), October 20, 2026.

2. All full-text manuscripts must be submitted to congresskarabuk@gmail.com.

3. Original, unpublished, and high-quality manuscripts presenting conceptual, experimental, theoretical, or applied research within the scope of the congress are welcome. Submission of a manuscript implies that it has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

4. The full manuscript must be submitted as a Microsoft Word (.doc) document (PDF and .docx formats will not be accepted). The file should be named using the corresponding author's name and the title of the manuscript.

5. If the manuscript requires revision following the review process, it will be returned to the corresponding author together with the reviewers' comments. The revised manuscript must be resubmitted within one (1) week.

6. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining the approval of all co-authors for the submission and publication of the manuscript and assumes full responsibility for the manuscript throughout the peer-review process.

7. The publisher and the congress organizers shall not be held legally liable for any claims for compensation arising from the submitted manuscripts.

1. The official languages of the congress are English and Turkish. Please prepare and submit your abstract and presentation in either of these languages.

2. The Abstract Proceedings Book and the Full-Text Proceedings Book will be published separately and will be sent to all participants on October 27, 2026.

• Participants attending online (via Zoom) may submit up to four (4) papers, whereas participants attending in person may submit up to two (2) papers.

• In-person sessions of the congress will be held only if the minimum number of participants required for face-to-face organization is reached.

• Registration fees are charged on a per-paper basis.

• For participants attending in person, accommodation is not included in the registration fee listed above.

• Bank account details will be sent together with your Letter of Acceptance upon acceptance of your abstract.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE

1. Participation with up to four (4) presentations (oral or poster presentations).

2. Conference Proceedings Book (with ISBN and DOI).

3. Certificate of Participation for each author. Electronic certificates will be sent to participants on the evening of the day of their presentation.

VENUE

The congress will be held in a hybrid format, with online participation via Zoom and in-person participation at Karabük University. The Zoom access details and the final congress program will be sent to all registered participants one day before the congress.

PUBLICATION PROCESS

1. Your abstracts and full-text manuscripts will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book, which will be assigned both ISBN and DOI numbers.

2. International Book Chapter Publication
   
   Authors who wish to publish their work as an international book chapter will have the opportunity to do so after the congress.
   
   Important Notice: If an accepted paper is published as an international or national book chapter or as a journal article, an additional publication fee will be charged to the author(s).

PROCESS & STEPS

Step 1: Submit your abstract to congresskarabuk@gmail.com no later than 11:59 PM (23:59), October 7, 2026.

Step 2: Receive an e-mail confirming that your submission has been sent for double-blind peer review.

Step 3: Receive the peer-review decision within 72 hours (3 days). If your abstract is accepted, your Letter of Acceptance will be sent to you.

Step 4: Pay the registration fee by October 9, 2026, and send the payment receipt to congresskarabuk@gmail.com.

Note: Your Turkish text includes", which appears inconsistent with the rest of the 2026 congress timeline. I omitted it because it is most likely a typo. If you intended another date (e.g., 12 October 2026), it should be corrected before publication.

Step 5: The Final Congress Program will be published and distributed to participants on October 11, 2026.

Step 6: Certificates of Participation will be sent electronically to participants on October 18, 2026.

Step 7: The Conference Proceedings Book (with ISBN and DOI) will be published on October 27, 2026.
