PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
ONLINE PRESENTATION & CONGRESS GUIDELINES (FOR PARTICIPANTS ATTENDING VIA ZOOM)
Dear Participant,
Please read the following information carefully.
Please log in to the Zoom platform 15 minutes before the scheduled start of your session.
Once you log in, you will automatically enter the Virtual Registration Desk and Waiting Room.
Our technical team will invite you to your presentation room. Please click the "Join" button in the invitation to enter your assigned session.
When setting your Zoom display name, please include your presentation room number before your name.
Example: If your name is Ayşe EKER and you are presenting in Room 2, please use H2 – Ayşe EKER.
Each presentation is limited to 10–12 minutes. We recommend focusing on the background, objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions of your study rather than presenting extensive theoretical information.
To ensure that the congress schedule runs smoothly, please do not exceed the allocated presentation time.
Regardless of your presentation order, attendance throughout the entire session is mandatory. Your camera should remain on during the session (except for brief exceptional circumstances). Please keep your microphone muted while other participants are presenting. You may record your own presentation session if you wish.
As our congress hosts a large number of international participants, we strongly encourage presentations to be delivered in English. If you present in Turkish, your presentation slides should be bilingual (Turkish and English on the same slide).
Your Certificate of Participation will be sent electronically in PDF format after the congress.
International congresses provide an excellent opportunity to establish collaborations and build academic networks. We encourage active participation and interaction with fellow researchers. Preparing your full-text paper in English will increase its international visibility and citation potential.
To avoid delays or publication issues, please carefully follow the deadlines specified in the congress calendar. Full-text papers submitted after the deadline cannot be published.
Once the electronic proceedings have been published, copies will be distributed to the relevant public institutions, the universities of international participants, and digital libraries. After publication, no additions, deletions, or modifications can be made. Please ensure that your manuscript is carefully checked before submission.
Session Chairs have full authority, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, regarding the management of sessions, including presentation order, question-and-answer sessions, and all other session-related matters.
The congress is international in terms of its peer-review process, Scientific and Advisory Boards, and participant diversity, and meets the 2026 academic promotion criteria of the relevant higher education authorities.
Thank you for your valuable contribution to our congress.
GUIDELINES FOR SESSION CHAIRS (MODERATORS)
Session Chairs are fully authorized by the Organizing Committee to manage their assigned sessions.
Please begin your session with a brief welcome and opening remark at the scheduled start time.
We recommend following the presentation order indicated in the program; however, you may change the order if necessary.
Each presentation is allocated 10–12 minutes. Please ensure that speakers adhere to the time limit.
The question-and-answer session may be conducted either after each presentation or at the end of the session, at your discretion.
If you require assistance, please contact the Organizing Committee at any time.
We wish you a successful and enjoyable congress.
